CBD Global Sciences Inc. is pleased to announce that its Aethics brand CBD Hydration products will be featured in Stinker Stores convenience store locations. Stinker Stores is a rapidly expanding convenience store chain currently operating approximately 125 locations across Idaho, Colorado and Wyoming. The initial products to be featured will include H2O Balance Sparkling Water, H2O Balance Water, iV Revive energy shot drink and iV Relax drink.

This partnership builds upon CBD Global Sciences’ impressive and expanding distribution network and we anticipate that it will contribute to the Company’s significant growth during the balance of 2020.

The Company also announces the issuance of 3,207,803 common shares at a deemed price of $0.23 (2,807,830 shares), $0.295 (260,000 shares) and $0.32 per share (215,000 shares) pursuant to debt settlement agreements and product distribution consulting arrangements. The issuance of such shares is subject to regulatory and exchange approval. The shares will have a hold period of 4 months and one day from the date of issuance.
